As a Field Marketing Agent with our established outdoor advertising media firm based in Midtown Manhattan, you’ll embark on an exciting role, traveling the country with all expenses covered.
We’re committed to fostering long-term employment relationships and offer flexible scheduling on a week-to-week basis. Field Marketing Agents will engage with business owners to secure agreements for displaying marketing materials in storefront windows, with pre-determined inventory and routes provided. Additionally, bonuses are available for securing new storefront partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
– Travel: Visit storefront partners across NYC and beyond.
– Communication: Establish rapport with storefront management.
– Creativity: Install window billboards/posters in designated areas.
– Documentation: Capture and document work progress through photography.
– Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license.
– Reliable smartphone for app-based work (iPhone preferred)
– Minimum 1 year of prior brand ambassador, promotional work, canvassing, or street team experience
– Availability to work a minimum of 3 weekdays per week (Monday to Friday) with occasional weekend shifts
– Quick learner with a grasp of technology and best practices

– Punctual and dependable.
– Willingness to learn and adapt.
– Outgoing with a friendly demeanor.
– Proficient with technology.
Compensation:
– Generous Hourly rate plus potential bonuses
– Travel time and all out-of-town expenses covered, including lodging, food an beverage per diems, ground and air transportation
Schedule:
– Day shifts, Monday to Friday.
On-call availability with weekend shifts as needed.
