PMD is generally not involved in the design of our clients’ posters. However, great poster designs look better, stand out in a crowded advertising market, and give you (and us) bragging rights. “Hey, did you guys put up those Black Eyed Peas posters last month? I saw them everywhere!” And of course, the opposite is true. Clients are disappointed when they don’t seem to see their posters up all over town. Sometimes the results from a a fabulously successful Windowposter™ and a not-so-successful one has to do with the design alone.
So here’s what we’ve done to help: introducing our exclusive rating system: Effective Design Rating. We can help steer you and your clients in the right design direction with a simple service, performed by our experts, with over 15 years of experience with Windowposter™ installation and outreach:
1. Does your poster convey its message in 2 seconds or less?
2. Is your poster visible from a distance?
3. Is your poster design attracting your target demographic?
We rate your design based on these three points, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the most effective, 1 being the least effective. A score of 12-15 total points is pretty good.
