The Account Executive – Media Sales, is a hands-on sales role inside our NYC headquarters. We’re looking for bright, energetic people to help with media sales & new business development.
Working and reporting directly to the VP, National Sales, the Account Executive will be responsible for opening up new relationships and continuing WNDW’s great rapport with both agencies and brands.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate existing relationships with national OOH agencies for business development
- Identify, update, and cultivate new connections with key industry decision-makers
- Establish direct relationships with brands to drive sales growth
- Conduct presentations via video conferencing or in-person to showcase WNDW’s value propositions
- Collaborate with creative and planning teams to explore OOH advertising opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of new RFPs and RFIs using WNDW’s cloud-based CRM and planning portal
- Forecast and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Assist in creating compelling proposal decks featuring grids and case studies
- Help with business communication activities, including social media, events, and newsletters
- Contribute to the development of overall new business strategies and direction
You Possess the Following Attributes:
- 2 years minimum experience in OOH media sales or OOH agency planning & buying
- Demonstrated ability to successfully close sales across all levels, including client-direct engagements
- Personable, extroverted, well-organized, tenacious, inquisitive, and customer-centric
- Capable of analytical thinking with a core of creativity
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Thrive on achieving success
- Strong listening skills
- Proficiency with CRMs and automated sales outreach tools
- Ability to manage deadlines and excel in high-pressure environments
- College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Compatible with WNDW’s close-knit culture
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Google Workspace (G-mail, mapping, docs, sheets, slides)
- CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
- Geopath Insights Suite
- Agency planning tools (DoMedia etc.)
- Great Business Writer & Communicator
- Linkedin posts and interaction

Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm EST
Hybrid Work Arrangement:
Work from home on Mondays and Fridays
In-office presence at the Manhattan office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Base Salary:
Competitive, determined by the candidate’s experience & track record in OOH industry
On-Target Earnings:
Commissions and bonuses calculated based on gross sales performance
